Become a Partner!!!

There will be a free version of the software available for download. There is no limit for use.

There will also be professional version that will be for sale on our site as well, normally fetching 500€ (the price has not yet been determined). The pro version will have features not included in the free version such as security, remote execution, document generation and a list of added components.

Outside of the free and pro versions, there will be components packs for sale separately that can be used in both versions. We will be setting up a revshare system for developed components and packs.

As a partner you can sell pro versions to the public. We will give you a discounted price to do so (around 20%, depending on the volume of licences). The price will have to be the same as what is advertised on the site.

If you develop a solution using Paseo you can ask for a discount as well. The discount will be much higher. However, the version that you sell should be limited to use of your application only. In this case, you can set the price for your client as you see fit.

In this last case, basically you would need to give us a figure of how many licenses you intend to sell, the price of your application and a list of components you will need. You'll also need to give us a clear idea on how Paseo is used. For the sake of global marketing of our product, we would also like to know the name of the company the solution was sold to. This will in no way open an access to directly to your client. Each client will have his own key.

With all partners, we will draft a contract with you. You will be considered as an official OEM partner, which entitles you to support services. You will also get custom components for your needs, especially the ones you will need to get yourself started as rapidly as possible. If they don't exist yet, we will develop them. You will also get a professional version of the software, free of charge.
